He has significant experience managing sales and marketing operations in the United States as well in the Caribbean, Mexico, Bahamas, US Virgin Islands, and Aruba. Todd Page has worked directly in most areas of the business, namely in planning and analysis, property management, rental marketing, and senior level management in marketing and sales.

In 2008, Montesoro made the decision to offer a fractional product with a lead time of 90 days until the sales event. Scott oversaw all elements of the transition. which included a new PSA, 2 new sets of CC&R's, a new HOA, Usage Agreements and other requisite documents.
